Usage:
L-Isoleucine (Abbreviated Iso) is one of the 18 common amino acids, and one of the eight essential amino acids at the human body. It is called branched chain amino acids (BCAA) with L-Leucine and L-Valine together because they all contain a methyl side chain in their molecular structure.
